Belle-Clair Speedway Cancelled for Friday, April 7th

Belleville, IL – Friday, April 7th at Belle-Clair Speedway for the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League has been cancelled due to all the rain received over the past two weeks. Beginning with the cancellation of practice day on March 26th because the track was too wet to prepare, coupled with the amount of rain received throughout the past two weeks, Friday’s event was fighting an uphill battle.

“The rain we have received over these past two weeks has absolutely killed our chances of getting any racing in,” commented Jason McCord. “The practice day originally scheduled for March 26th was cancelled due to rain and it has rarely let up since.”

The next event for the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League and the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League is set for Friday, April 21st at Belle-Clair Speedway.
