Aubrey Smith Shines in POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro Victory at Sweet Springs

Belleville, IL. (7/17/22) Aubrey Smith would claim checkers over the weekend at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex in the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine & Tool feature event in support of the Thunder in the Valley finale to earn their first career feature win within league competition.

Entering a stout field of twenty-five competitors over the weekend event in the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine and Tool; early action at Sweet Springs would find Chris Koch, Brian Lunsford, and Jackson Frisbie each claim heat racing wins with Andrew Felker earning the night’s high-point qualifier award.

Flying onto the track, fifth-starting Aubrey Smith would emerge victorious after an action-packed micro feature with Chris Koch resulting in an outstanding runner-up finishing effort as Brian Lunsford would drive from starting sixth to place third as the checkers were waived.

Jackson Frisbie would finish fourth as Tyler Rennison showed speed all event to round out the top-five finishers at Sweet Spring Motorsports Complex with the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine and Tool in support of the Thunder in the Valley finale.
