About Jake
Jake Kouba started his racing career in go-karts in 2001, competing off and on at local tracks throughout high school and college before moving up to the wingless sprint car division of the Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series (UMSS) in 2013-a ride which he shared with his father, Jimmy Kouba. A year later, Kouba raced his first full season with the UMSS, earning his first victory and seven top five finishes.
