Belleville, IL. (10/17/2022) Topping off the Chase for a Championship in 2022, the POWRi Outlaw Micro League presented by Engler Machine and Tool would witness a championship dream come true after the final yearly stretch of competition with John Barnard of Sherman Illinois clinching in dominating fashion.
Flying onto the scene in his first year of competition, Barnard would solidify a seven-hundred-forty point margin of victory while also notching the seasonal quest of Rookie of the Year Honors. Earning six top-five runs with ten top ten performances in sixteen feature starts, Barnard has proven consistently to be an up-and-coming force by also gaining his first league victory in the final weekend of racing.
