Belleville, IL. (12/12/2022) Returning to the Southern Illinois Center on December 17th will witness POWRi salute the memory of one of the region’s most accomplished car owners with the renewing of the Junior Knepper 55 as competitors battle for $5,000 to win.
The “Junior Knepper 55”, a 55-lap race honoring the famed car number which adorned Walter Knepper’s storied career, will feature the Lucas Oil POWRi National Midget League competing on a specially-constructed dirt oval inside the well-known Southern Illinois Center near the DuQuoin Fairgrounds with no other classes on the racing docket.
Adding in anticipation for those unable to attend in person, DIRTVision has signed on to provide LIVE streaming for the Junior Knepper 55 at the Southern Indoor Center in DuQuoin with the POWRi National Midget League.
