Cars ran the highside and lowside during the course of the 20-lap event but Gehrke mastered the 1/5-mile. Mitchell Davis and Patrick Bruns started alongside one another in the 20-lap POWRi/Illini D-II Midget presented by Nutech Seed A-Main.
