Chett Gehrke started in the front row of the POWRi/Illini Division II Midgets and went on claim the checkered flag in a 20-lap race. Mitchell Davis and Patrick Bruns started alongside one another in the 20-lap POWRi/Illini D-II Midget presented by Nutech Seed A-Main. Davis pulled out to the early lead but it was short lived as division frontrunner, Patrick Bruns, took the spot on lap three.
