About Mike
I have grown up around racing, when i was a kid my dad would take me with him to the drag strip and let me make some passes with him. I would always be in the garage with him and watched him build engines and tune them out. Later on he would take me to Cowtown Speedway in the 80s and we would watch the races and i was in love with dirt track racing. i never got into a car until i was in my 30s and bought my first Outlaw modified and learned how to control that beast. But i would always park next to the sprint cars and watch them prep and race. I knew that is where my heart was. I made my first purchase of a sprint car from Kevin Ramey and late nights and two jobs got it together. I raced the two seasons at Cowtown Speedway and it was more than i could afford and do at the time. I sold it all focused on my boys and career and the opportunity came back around and now me and my two boys will be racing together and i cant be more happy.
