About J
After five years in the go-karts, J entered the sprint car world at age 16. That was the path chosen after following his father, a sprint car owner in Missouri, through the '80's and '90's. J's team is a family affair, both at the track and financially, and he is very thankful for the support of his parents. He competes in both 305 and 360 sprint races.
J was named the 2010 Winged Outlaw Warriors Rookie of the Year after a third place standing in points. He is also a multi-time winner of the 305 Lake Ozark Speedway Nationals near Eldon, Missouri. At Knoxville, he has picked up five wins in three seasons, and capped 2014 off with his first 305 KCCS championship. After a long absence from Knoxville, he returned in 2023.
