POWRi West midgets make their way back to Little Rock, AR @ I-30 Speedway's high banked 1/4 mile race track.

Jacksonville, IL – Tyler Thomas took the win at Jacksonville Speedway for the Herb Barlow Memorial and claimed his fourth win of 2017. Thomas’ Barlow win is the 10th of his POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League career. Starting outside of row two, Thomas charged to the front and took the lead from Holly Shelton on lap seven. Spoon River, IL – Spencer Bayston of Lebanon, Indiana notched another POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League victory to his resume, claiming the 31st Annual Tom Knowles Memorial at Spoon River Speedway. Grain Valley, MO (September 9, 2017) - 13 year old Luke Howard scored his second POWRi Lucas Oil Allstar Midget feature win of the 2017 season Saturday night at Valley Speedway driving the Trevor Howard owned 2H machine wrenched by Richard Kreisel. Chad Frewaldt, Dustin Gilbert, Chad Winfrey, and Morgan Frewaldt rounded out the top five. Frewaldt and Gilbert were heat race winners for the evening. POWRi West makes their return to Oklahoma for the first time since July and making their first time appearance at Cody Brewer's Red Dirt Raceway. The newly formed 1/4 mile track has teams excited to be back in front of the Oklahoma crowds. Grady Chandler will enter this weekend as the Current points leader with a 280 point over Wesley Smith. Rounding out the top five is Matt Moore(-390), Kory Schudy(-420), and Zane Hendricks(-740) Races start at 8pm, gates open 5pm.

For the first time, POWRi West invade the fast 1/4 mile track of Caney Valley Speedway. Races start at 7PM, Gates open at 4PM.

Belleville, IL – This Saturday, September 16th the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League will invade Southern Illinois Raceway for the second visit of 2017. But, new for 2017, the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League will be making their debut at the high-banked 1/8th mile track.
