Belleville, IL. (7/27/2021) Swiftly approaching and increasing in interest with drivers registering daily, the Inaugural Lucas Oil POWRi Minn-Kota Lightning Sprints Summer Shoot-Out is on pace to highlight the late-season lightning sprint season for many competitors across the country. With entrants from POWRi Midwest, POWRi Minn-Kota, POWRi Rocky Mountain, POWRi Southwest, as well as drivers from all other regions and even Canada all vying for the top spots over the four-day sweep of Minnesota and North Dakota on August 12-15.
Offering a $3,000 total tour point fund for extra incentives, competitors from all over will flock to the northern POWRi Lightning Sprint Region in hopes of National glory. Each feature will offer a $25/lap bonus for the leader with each night’s winning payout at $750. Additional bonuses and prizes are currently being confirmed and will be announced closer to the racing weekend.
