Belleville, IL. (05/31/2021) Fresh off hosting a successful POWRi Lightning Sprint Nationals the Lucas Oil POWRi Midwest Lightning Sprint competitors will now shift their focuses towards the points championship with the next event slated for Saturday, June 5th at the home-turf venue of I-35 Speedway in Winston Missouri.
So far in 2021 within POWRi MLS racing, Chase Fischer of Jefferson City Missouri has been the dominant driver, grabbing a trio of wins and stretching out a solid standings advantage. Feature winner on the season, Bobby Layne stays within striking distance as former series champion and returning wheelman Tony Layne rounds out the podium placement in the current points standings.

General Admission Gate: 5:00 PM
Driver's Meeting: 6:30 PM
Hot Laps: 7:00 PM, Racing to follow.
