(03/05/2021) Continuing as a staple of the early POWRi season, the Eighth Annual Turnpike Challenge presented by driveWFX.com is slated to hit the racing surfaces of the Sooner State from Thursday, March 25th through Sunday, March 28th; featuring a four-race slate of POWRi Lucas Oil National and West Midget League as well as POWRi Lucas Oil 600cc Outlaw Micros presented by Engler Machine & Tool competition.
Increasing in the excitement as well as the incentives for competitors for POWRi’s upcoming Eighth Annual Turnpike Challenge will be the addition of a presenting sponsor as Western Flyer Xpress will be bumping up the bonuses over the Oklahoma racing journey.
Starting at Creek County Speedway on Wednesday, March 24th with a practice-day and night one of racing in the TPC on Thursday, March 25th. The quadruple-header of POWRi open-wheel racing continues at I-44 Riverside Speedway for two-nights of elbows-up action on Friday, March 26th, and Saturday, March 27th on the iconic red-clay raceway. Ultimately, the Eighth Annual Turnpike Challenge presented by driveWFX.com will conclude at the event’s original home, the premier Port city Raceway on Sunday, March 28th.
