KYLE CUMMINS ELIGIBLE FOR $20,000 BONUS WITH VICTORY IN OPENER TO BELL RACING USA TRIPLE CROWN CHALLENGE!

KYLE CUMMINS ELIGIBLE FOR $20,000 BONUS WITH VICTORY IN OPENER TO BELL RACING USA TRIPLE CROWN CHALLENGE!

ELDON, MO (August 19, 2018) - After a near six-month span of hype and anticipation building, the high-stakes Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge finally kicked off last night at Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Missouri. Leading from start-to-finish and scoring a dominating win, Kyle Cummins of Princeton, Indiana made himself eligible for the five-figure payday. All that separates him from a huge $20,000 earning is two more victories with the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League at two of the most prestigious events on the schedule.

A three-race series meant to up the ante and present a daunting, but doable challenge to the competitors of the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League, the idea was implemented and sponsored by longtime partner, Bell Racing USA. The task is quite simple on paper: win all three races of Lake Ozark (August 18th), Lucas Oil (September 22nd) and Fairbury (October 6th) and you'll have a $20,000 check with your name on it.

Concluding the WAR Non-Wing Nationals last night at Lake Ozark Speedway, the opening leg to the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge took center stage. Attracting 31 entries to the Eldon, Missouri facility, only one man would walk away with a chance at the elusive five-figure payday. Leading all 25 laps in dominating fashion, Kyle Cummins parked his No. 3C in victory lane for his second triumph in as many attempts with the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League.

His win last night places him in prime position to take the $20,000 prize as now only two victories separate him from cashing in. We will have to wait for over a month to next learn the fate of Cummins' chance at the money, however.

He has wisely committed to pursuing the task, and will tackle the Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial at Lucas Oil Speedway next. A three-day event held from September 20th-22nd, this event annually draws in 60+ entries and is THE marquee race on the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League schedule. To extend his bid for the $20,000, Cummins will have to outlast a stout field and win Saturday's finale at the Wheatland, Missouri facility on September 22nd.

If he is able to score the win at Lucas Oil, the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge will conclude at Fairbury American Legion Speedway on October 6th, with the racing world waiting to see if Cummins can complete the trifecta. The finale of Sprint Mania, this Fairbury, Illinois facility has consistently provided action-packed racing and is known to attract some of the best from Indiana to cross over the border and compete. Another victory at Fairbury would seal the deal and send Cummins back to Princeton, Indiana with a $20,000 payday and one of the most impressive feats of the year in his name.

Stay tuned to the WAR Sprints social media outlets and our website at www.POWRi.com to stay updated on all of our events and happenings, along with the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge as Kyle Cummins attempts to win the $20,000 payday.
