The 2018 POWRi Pavement Midget Series schedule has been revised to allow the greatest opportunity for the newly formed pavement series to be successful. The season opener is now scheduled for Saturday, June 2nd. The schedule is updated and can be found on the powri.com website under Midget League/Pavement/Schedule/Results. The POWRi Pavement Midget Series progressive payout has been released and can also be found on the powri.com website under the Rules Tab at the top of the website.
We would like to thank the Grundy County Speedway for allowing POWRi, the drivers and teams this unique opportunity to continue pavement midget racing. We would also like to thank all the sponsors that are stepping up and supporting the series like Heroes West, MWR, T 1 Dyno and Horizon Carpentry.
POWRi would like to welcome the following POWRi Pavement Midget support personnel; Neal Gacke will be responsible for overseeing the POWRi Pavement Series, if you have any questions or concerns please contact Neal directly. Glen Meyers will be the race director and will be communicating to the drivers; Valarie Willis will be taking care of the administrative duties such as memberships, pill draw, line ups, Facebook, etc. Pat Wilda will be assisting as a pit steward.
POWRi Pavement Midget Series will have its own Facebook under POWRi Pavement.
