Belleville, IL – The Speedway Motors POWRi 600cc Outlaw Micro Series will kick off their 2016 tour on Friday, April 15th at Belle-Clair Speedway. Also in attendance alongside the POWRi Micros, the BOSS Chassis WAR non-wing sprint car series will be making non-wing sprint car racing’s debut at the high-banked 1/5th mile.
This will be the first of 12 shows that the POWRi Micros will run at Belle-Clair Speedway in 2016. A favorite of drivers and fans alike, the POWRi Micros at Belle-Clair Speedway put on fantastic shows with close-quartered, side-by-side racing. In 2015, Joe B. Miller, Aaron Andruskevitch, and Dereck King each took victories when the POWRi Micros invaded the high-banked 1/5th mile.
