Travis DeGaton Wins with POWRi SWEM at Mohave Valley Raceway Return

Belleville, IL. (10/4/25) Competing in the series' second time at the outstanding hosting venue of Mohave Valley Raceway, the rapidly growing POWRi Avanti Windows & Doors Southwest Ecotec Midget Series would contend in a single night of weekend battles in the sixteenth seasonal event as Travis DeGaton would earn the hard-fought feature victory over the racing weekend.

Kickstarting the weekend night of series excitement with eager entries at Mohave Valley Raceway with the POWRi SWEM Series would witness Dayton Shelton, Grant Schaadt, and Tyler Merrill each notching the heat racing wins, as Tyler Merrill would earn the high point qualifier award for the event.

Going green flag racing in the feature would find fifteenth-starting Travis DeGaton wheel his way to victory by passing fourteen other drivers and leading the final four of the twenty laps to win his third series victory. Pole-starting Tyler Merrill would lead early to finish runner-up ahead of AJ Hernandez, placing third from starting fourth as Adam Teves advanced a position to finish fourth, with seventh-starting Troy DeGaton rounding out the top-five finishers at Mohave Valley Raceway.
