Xavier Doney Dominates with POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprints at 34 Raceway

West Burlington, IA. (8/29/25) Xavier Doney would be nearly untouchable with the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League in a 34 Raceway thriller to notch his third league victory after leading all thirty laps to earn the hard-earned feature victory.

Returning to the speedy surfaces of 34 Raceway with twenty-one talented entrants of the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprints, Austin McCarl set a quick qualifying time of 12.862-second lap with Xavier Doney, Cole Mincer, and Josh Schneiderman each earning heat racing victories.

Electrifying the packed audience in West Burlington, Iowa, on the initial green flag start, with high-point qualifier Austin McCarl and Xavier Doney lined up in the front row, Xavier Doney would gain the lead on the opening lap with the field filing into positions.

Holding the front of the field through a barrage of top spot-swapping attempts, Xavier Doney would hold off the continual charges of Austin McCarl using a fast high side line as Ayrton Gennetten, Joe B Miller, and Jack Anderson contended inside the early running top five.

Leading all revolutions around 34 Raceway with precision, Xavier Doney would not be denied in earning his second seasonal POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint victory in an action-packed main event, with Joe B Miller hustling into the runner-up position by using a late-race restart.

“I knew the opening start was going to be the difference in this race, and I was able to get a really good jump going into turn one. This was just a really fun race with two very different lines on the track,” said Xavier Doney in the 34 Raceway victory lane ceremony celebrations. Adding “Once McCarl showed me his nose with about ten to go, I knew I had to go to the top side and just hang on until the end”.

Contesting closely behind would find Ayrton Gennetten placing on the final podium placement from the starting third on the initial green flag. Hard-charging through the field would find Gage Montgomery place fourth from starting eighteenth on the opening laps as John Barnard would record a career best to round out the top-five finishers for the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League at 34 Raceway.
