Belleville, IL. (8/24/25) Maintaining ‘Land of Lincoln’ battles in the 2025 season with a double shot of weekend action, the POWRi Illinois Midget Racing Association would find Alex Midkiff earning his fifth series feature win on Friday, as Nolan Kiefer notched his first career series victory on Saturday.
Starting the twelfth seasonal night of POWRi-sanctioned on-track battles, IMRA would find Dominic Bruns notch the heat racing win with Nolan Kiefer gaining the pole-starting grid for the feature event.
Green flag feature racing would find Alex Midkiff clinching the front of the field around the halfway point from starting fifth as the checkers waved after leading the final six laps in the feature to earn the Macon Speedway feature event as pole-starter, Nolan Kiefer placed a solid runner-up.
Staying consistently close to the leaders, early leader Dominic Bruns would finish third as Tony Harter wheeled his way to place fourth with Keith Wilson rounding out the top five feature finishers for the POWRi Illinois Midget Racing Association at Macon Speedway.
Beginning the second-straight night of elbows-up action at Macon Speedway, IMRA would find Dominic Bruns notch the heat racing win with Mark McMahill gaining the pole-starting grid for the feature event.
Flying into feature racing within the POWRi Illinois Midget Racing Association, Nolan Kiefer clinched the front of the field from starting third as the checkers waved after leading the final nine laps in the feature to earn the Macon Speedway feature event as fifth-starter Keith Wilson placed a solid runner-up.
Sticking to the lead pack, Tony Harter would finish third as Mark McMahill wheeled his way to place fourth with early leader Dominic Bruns rounding out the top five feature finishers for the POWRi Illinois Midget Racing Association at Macon Speedway in Cornfield Combat Night Two.
