Matt Westfall Wins with POWRi BOSS Win at Florence Speedway

Walton, KY. (5/25/25) Facing outstanding on-track battles of Florence Speedway, the POWRi Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series presented by MPD Racing would witness Matt Westfall claiming the victory in exciting twenty-five lap feature event.

Starting the second night of seasonal competition action within the POWRi BOSS, competitors would find Jackson Slone setting the quick qualifying time of 16.360-seconds as Nathan Carle, Jesse Vermillion, and Dustin Webber each earning heat racing victories with Nathan Carle attaining the high-point qualifier award.

Sailing into traditional feature green flag racing would find third-starter Matt Westfall maneuver his way to the front of the field and out-duel fifth-starter Scotty Weir as the field calculated for spots behind the leading pair.

Earning his first career-sanctioned victory in the POWRi BOSS, Matt Westfall would lead fifteen laps in victory as Scotty Weir would find the runner-up placement after leading the field for ten laps. Speedy Jesse Vermillion would clinch third as Ryan Barr finished fourth from beginning eighth with tenth-starting Jackson Slone rounding out the top-five finishers for the POWRi Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series presented by MPD Racing feature event at Florence Speedway.
