Belleville, IL. (4/12/25) Relaunching the series on fast and furious ‘Land of Lincoln’ surfaces for the 2025 season, the first sanctioned seasonal event in the POWRi Illinois Midget Racing Association would find Parker Jones earning the feature win to notch his first career series victory.

Starting the night of POWRi sanctioning on-track battles, IMRA would find Mark McMahill and Logan Manson each notch heat racing wins with McMahill gaining the pole-starting grid for the feature event.

Green flag feature racing would find Parker Jones clinching the front of the field from starting sixth as the checkers waved on the twenty-five lap feature to earn the Coles County Speedway feature event season opener as pole-starter Mark McMahill placed a solid runner-up.

Staying contiguously close to the leaders, third-starter Cody Beard would finish third as Daltyn England wheeled his way to place fourth from beginning seventh with Brian Peterson rounding out the top five feature finishers for the POWRi Illinois Midget Racing Association at Coles County Speedway on Saturday.
