Belleville, IL. (6/9/24) Recurring with outstanding hosting venue of Sandia Speedway for a nightly occurrence of racing enjoyment, the POWRi Desert Micro Series would display dedicated driving talents in the seasonal event as Devon Amos would seal the feature weekend victory for the second time this year.
Kickstarting the night of racing excitement with quality entries at Sandia Speedway with the POWRi Desert Micro Sprint Series would witness Jeff Brumfield III and Bob Harrington each notch the heat racing wins while Devon Amos would earn the high point qualifier award for the event.
Going green flag racing in the feature would find Devon Amos wheel their way to victory after starting pole position to win his fifth series victory in the previous pair of seasons. Second-starting Bob Harrington would finish runner-up with Zachary Weiss placing third as Derrick Black advanced a trio of positions to finish fourth and Jeff Brumfield III rounding out the top-five finishers at Legacy Speedway.
