Belleville, IL. (5/5/24) Contending into a holiday weekend of tributes and track excitements, the POWRi Wingless Auto Racing Sprint League will witness the continuation of one of the most highly anticipated two-day swing of non-wing battles with visits to Lake Ozark Speedway on Saturday, May 25th, and Double X Speedway on Sunday, May 26th.
Opening Memorial Weekend on Saturday, May 25th, the POWRi Wingless Auto Racing Sprint League will visit the sanctioning home facility in Lake Ozark Speedway’s SprintFest presented by Start2Finish TV. Classes scheduled for competition are also slated to include the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League as well as the POWRi 305 Sprint Series running in conjunction with the Oil Capital Racing Series for an intense all open-wheel on-track agenda.
Annually wrapping up the holiday weekend with a celebration of accomplishments on Sunday, May 26th, the POWRi Wingless Auto Racing Sprint League will continue the yearly honors of one of the most iconic open-wheelers from the Show-Me-State in the ‘Tribute to Jesse Hockett’. Classes scheduled for the event will also include POWRi Super Stock, POWRi Pure Stock, and 360 Wing Sprints.
