Belleville, IL. (3/3/24) Continuing to build upon the solid foundation of desert-region micro racing action, the POWRi Desert Micro Series will see an expansion of thirteen events spanning their second season of on-track competitions ranging from late May until mid-August throughout four states at five premier hosting venues.
Primarily focused on the seven A-Class Wing and six Stock Non-Wing divisional quests, the POWRi Desert Micro Series will witness events held at Airport Raceway, Aztec Speedway, Fairgrounds Speedway, and Legacy Speedway; as well as expanding into Utah at Millard County Raceway.
Starting the season with a pair of top-notch non-point nights at Airport Raceway in Garden City Kansas on May 25-26, the POWRi DWSS will then head towards Grants New Mexico for the single series visit on June 1st to Legacy Speedway.
Returning to the familiar running grounds of the Fairgrounds Speedway in Cortez Colorado on June 15th as well as August 10th, the POWRi Desert Micros will also venture to new venues in 2024 with a pair of non-points nights on August 2-3 slated for Millard County Raceway action in Delta, Utah.
Witnessing a six-pack of scheduled visits, Aztec Speedway will serve as the POWRi DMS hosting venue including events on June 8th, June 22nd, July 6th, the July 26-27 weekend, as well as the season finale on August 17th.
