Caleb Stelzig Captures Tenth Win of 2023 at Vado Speedway Park with POWRi NMMRA

Belleville, IL. (9/23/23) Welcoming back the returning open-wheel action of the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association, running in conjunction with the Sunset Grill POWRi Vado Non-Wing Sprint Series, Vado Speedway Park would find the seventeenth series event of 2023 full of excitement as Caleb Stelzig would use late-race heroics to capture the feature win for the twentieth time of his emerging career.

Starting the on-track adrenaline rushes at Vado Speedway Park for the POWRi NMMRA and Vado Non-Wings would witness Dylan Harris and Spencer Hill each earning the heat race wins as well as Spencer Hill earning the night's high-point qualifier honor.

Flying from starting in the ninth position on the grid, Caleb Stelzig would hang around the front of the field until a late-race restart would see Stelzig shoot to the lead in a flurry of top-spot maneuvers from one-time leader Spencer Hill.

Landing the lead on the final revolution around a finely prepared Vado Speedway Park, Caleb Stelzig would only need to lead a pair of green flag laps to notch his tenth series win of the season. Third-starting Wayne Siddle would shoot to finish runner-up on the final lap with second-starting Dylan Harris placing a solid third.

Continual frontrunner Colt Treharn would finish fourth with thirteenth-starting JR Bonesteel rounding out the top-five finishers for the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association running in conjunction with the Sunset Grill POWRi Vado Non-Wing Sprint Series at Vado Speedway Park on Saturday Night.
