Belleville, IL. (7/21/23) Revamped, refreshed, and reloaded to much fanfare after an overwhelming initial launch in 2022, Lil’ Texas Motor Speedway will once again welcome top talents in a trio of open-wheel divisions for the Second Annual Micro Mania on September 20-23.
Lil’ Texas Motor Speedway, in conjunction with POWRi Racing, will hold the Second Annual MICRO MANIA scheduled for September 20-23. Featuring practice on Wednesday, September 20th followed by split-field Qualifying Races on Thursday, September 21st, and Friday, September 22nd ultimately culminating in the $10,000-to-win main event on Saturday, September 23rd for the POWRi Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine & Tool as well as the recently added POWRi Restrictor and returning POWRi Jr. Sprint Division running a full program each event night.

Claiming last year’s POWRi Outlaw Micro feature victory would find 2021 NASCAR Cup Series Champion Kyle Larson wheel his way to the front as Brexton Busch, the seven-year-old son of two-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion Kyle Busch, earn the Junior Sprint overall win.
Entries for the Texas Motor Speedway Micro Mania portion of the Keith Kunz Giveback with the POWRi Outlaw Non-Wing Micros are available online at https://www.myracepass.com/series/1572/registrations for $150.00 as Jr Sprints and Restrictor entries are $100.00. A $50 late fee will be applied for all entries received after September 5th.
Winners of each $10K to win finale events at the Sweet Springs’ KKM Challenge Race and the TMS Micro Mania will each receive automatic entry into Saturday’s Dash in the KKM Giveback Classic at Port City Raceway on October 21st. The KKM Giveback Classic winner at Port City Raceway will get the decision of the $15,000 lump sum prize or a ride in a Keith Kunz Motorsports entry at the Chili Bowl along with $7,500 cash from KKM and FloRacing..
Pit-parking spots for the Micro Mania at Lil’ Texas Motor Speedway will be rented for the event with reserved parking for $100. TMS Reserved Pit-Parking Map is available online at https://www.myracepass.com/series/1572/registrations Once parking registration is paid POWRi will contact entrants with confirmation of the pit-stall number.
