Belleville, IL. (2/24/23) Promoting as a leading non-wing sprint sanction since 1946, the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association, based in Albuquerque New Mexico, will see a consistent showing of nineteen scheduled events for the 2023 season while staying true to the “Land of Enchantment”.
State-of-the-art Vado Speedway Park, in Vado New Mexico, will serve as a part-time home facility for the POWRi NMMRA, running in conjunction with the Sunset Grill POWRi Vado Non-Wing Sprints, by hosting ten competitive racing dates this season including the Season Opener on March 25th. With a blend of dates throughout the summer, the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association season will also conclude at Vado Speedway Park on November 17-18 for the outstanding two-day Zia Sprint Car Classic.
Joining the fray this season with the POWRi NMMRA will witness Sandia Speedway save the date on seven separate occasions spanning the season. The season of speed will also see a two-night show presented by Aztec Speedway on the weekend of June 9-10 with Aztec New Mexico’s high-banked three-eighths-mile dirt track hosting the traditional sprinters.
