(10/24/22) Locating a trio of weekend venues offering fast-paced fender-adrenaline racing rushes in the final pair of weekly racing, the POWRi Super Stock Division remains locked in an intense battle for the National Point Championship with Old No. 1 Speedway offering a double event. Feature weekend winners would include Ted Welschmeyer at Midway Speedway while Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park would see Barry Daniels earn the victory with Jason Winkle pocketing prestigious double wins at Old No. 1 Speedway.
Defending POWRi Super Stock Division National Champion Aaron Poe maintains his quest at a repeat in the seasonal standings with Ted Welschmeyer now residing in the runner-up placement just one-hundred-seventy points behind. Donnie Miller, Michael Muskrat, Devin Irvin, Blaine Ewing, Nick Gibson, Justin Jarrett, Chris Kircher, and rookie of the year contender Darek Wiss all stay within striking distance to round out the top ten in the current championship chase only one weekly of possible points remaining.
