Belleville, IL. (10/17/22) Trimming to a tandem of facilities offering weekly competition, the POWRi Midwestern Mods Division would assemble for intense battles in the National Championship quests in the final month of possible points. Weekend winners within the division would include Jeff Douty at Electric City Speedway as well as Scott Campbell at Springfield Raceway with Jason Bresee earning the B-Class victory.
Controlling the top of the POWRi Midwestern Mod Divisional National Championship chase continues to find Pete Richardson narrowly leading Colt Cheevers by a slim forty-point margin with Steve Muilenburg staying close in the rankings now only fifty points out of the top spot. Anthony Ferrera, Earl Roark, Dayton Newell, Scott Campbell, Ben Newell, Jerad McIntire, and Garrett Thompson all stay within the striking distance in the overall seasonal standings to round out the running top ten.
