(8/28/22) Seeking six separate venues of racing action offered over the weekend, the POWRi Midwestern Mods would add to the prominent fields entered throughout the area as competitors start to branch out to other tracks. Weekend divisional winners would include Colt Cheevers, Tanner Calhoun, Steve Muilenburg, Elijah Keepper, Lane New, and Kenny Hubbard.
Upholding the front of the yearly standings as the seasonal quest gets into crunch-time, the POWRi Midwestern Mod Divisional National Championship chase continues to see Pete Richardson narrowly lead Colt Cheevers by a mere fifty-point margin with Steve Muilenburg quickly climbing the rankings now only eighty points out of the top spot. Ben Newell, Anthony Ferrera, Dayton Newell, Jerad McIntire, Scott Campbell, Garrett Thompson, and Kynsey Collins all stay within the striking distance in the overall points picture to round out the current-running top ten.
