Rees Moran Masterful in POWRi 305/OCRS Beach Brawl Night Two Feature Victory

Belleville, IL. (7/23/22) Rees Moran would fly to the front of the field on Saturday Night with the POWRi LOS Wray’s Lawn and Landscaping 305 Sprint Division border-battling the AmeriFlex Oil Capitol Racing Series presented by AmeriFlex, gaining his first career divisional feature win in Night Two of the Second Annual Beach Brawl appearance of the Honest Abe’s Home Service LOS Chase for the Championship at Lake Ozark Speedway.

Early heat racing action would witness Rees Moran, Kyle Clark, and Kenny Potter each earn victories as Matt Fox would win the semi-feature event.

Launching on the initial green flag would find pole-sitter Kyle Clark establishing the early lead with the fifteen-year-old Rees Moran overtaking for the lead around the fifth lap. Strengthening the front of the field, Moran would not be denied in the feature win by holding off all ambushes for the top spot.

Finishing second, night-one winner Whit Gastineau would have his hands full in the closing laps as Kyle Clark placed third. Kenny Potter would be among the front-runner all event to finish fourth with Elizabeth Phillips rounding out the top-five finishers for the POWRi LOS Wray’s Lawn and Landscaping 305 Sprint Division border-battling the AmeriFlex Oil Capitol Racing Series feature event in Night Two of the Second Annual Beach Brawl.
