Belleville, IL. (6/25/22) Mike Archuletta would once again stand atop the competition in the tight POWRi Jackson Compaction Vado 305 Wing Sprint feature event, capturing his fourth career victory over a stout fifteen-car field at Vado Speedway Park in the “Hot City Nights –Hatch/Radium Springs/Garfield/Rincon/Truth or Consequences Night at the Races”.
Early on-track action would witness Dylan Harris earn the heat race victory with Aydan Saunders and Art Quijano lining up on the front row entering the twenty-five-lap feature event.
Blasting from the fourth starting spot, Mike Archuletta would emerge victorious in the feature event to gain his fourth feature win in the Vado 305 Sprints as Robert Herrera would race from starting sixth to finishing runner-up with Royal Jones running among the leaders to placing third from starting eighth.
Advancing one spot from starting grid, Derek DeMartino would maintain a solid showing all event to finish fourth as pole-sitter Aydan Saunders rounded out the top-five finishers at Vado Speedway Park with the POWRi Jackson Compaction Vado Wing Sprints.
