Belleville, IL. (6/27/22) Same Race, Same Place, Same Date, Just Going Topless in 2022 as the Fourth Annual Small Town Throwdown at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex. Adding to the excitement surrounding the premier event, the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Micro League presented by Engler Machine & Tool will now have a non-wing appeal July 1-3.
The fan-favorite Small Town Throwdown continues the traditions of years past with a slight topless alteration with Practice Night on Friday, July 1st, Preliminary Qualifying Night on Saturday, July 2nd, all culminating in the Sunday, July 3rd Championship Night for the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Micro League presented by Engler Machine & Tool, Stock Micros, Restrictor Micros, and Jr Sprint classes all competing in thrilling non-wing racing.
Entrants planning to compete can pre-register online for $150 per class at https://www.myracepass.com/tracks/3332/registrations/6020. Competitors can compete in Championship Night if unable to attend Qualifying Night.
