Belleville, IL (6/4/22) Honoring a fellow driver with outstanding on-track excitement, the Lucas Oil POWRi West Midget League presented by Realty Connect, would see Kyle Jones reign supreme at Creek County Speedway for Night One of the 2nd Annual Mickey Walker Classic.
Early on-track achievements would find Kyle Jones blaze on the track with a 13.199-lap time to capture hot-lap top-time as Andrew Deal would earn the heat racing win also gaining the high-point award and pole grid for the feature line-up with a sixth-to-first drive.
Launching to the initial green would find Andrew Deal and outside front-row companion Kyle Jones locked in an intense battle for the top spot as Jones would gain the early advantage and appear to be in fine form as the driver to beat in the feature event.
Fending off all challengers, Kyle Jones would capture his fourth Lucas Oil POWRi West Midget League presented by Realty Connect career feature win and first of 2022 with Jonathan Beason finishing runner-up.
Andrew Deal and Emilio Hoover would find themselves in a spirited battle as Deal placed third with Hoover crossing the checkers in fourth. Michelle Decker rounded out the top-five finishers for the Lucas Oil POWRi West Midget League presented by Realty Connect at Creek County Speedway for Night One of the Second Annual Mickey Walker Classic.
