(5/23/22) Limited by unpredictable weather throughout the region, the POWRi Midwestern Modified division would only witness a pair of fine facilities able to dodge the rain-showers on Friday Night with Dayton Newell finding victory lane at Dallas County Speedway as Jeff Douty grabbed the feature win at Electric City Speedway.
Currently, within the POWRi Midwestern Mod Divisional National Championship chase, Pete Richardson leads the way by grabbing a trio of feature wins throughout eleven solid showings in the seasonal racing. Kynsey Collins, Anthony Ferrera, Colt Cheevers, and Jerad McIntire all remain close in the overall standings to round out the top five.
