Belleville, IL. (5/3/22) Dodging the unpredictable weather patterns of the Midwest in April, the POWRi Pure Stock Division would find scattered racing over the weekend of competition with six palaces of speed parked with rain cancelations as three venues of racing would witness side-by-side fender racing including Tyler Knudtson winning at Midway Speedway, North Central Arkansas Speedway going to Kolby Vinson, and James Redus earning the victory at Springfield Raceway in their completed events.
Glancing at the POWRi Pure Stock 2022 National Point Championship finds James Redus leading the pack of hungry drivers by accumulating five wins on the early eight season events as Grayson McKiney has raced their way into the runner up spot for the season standings with Tryel Jones rounding out the podium placement heading into the second month of sanctioned racing competition.
