Belleville, IL. (1/12/22) Emerging as a steady weekly racing division with outstanding open-wheel action while continuing to grow in entries, the POWRi RaceSaver Super Sprints at Lake Ozark Speedway will see more racing scheduled in the upcoming season with a hearty twenty-two events on the calendar.
Offering competitors a near-weekly season of racing, the POWRi RaceSaver Super Sprints will first tackle the speedy one-third mile oval for the POWRi 410 Wing Outlaw Showcase on Saturday, April 2nd followed by the LOS Season Championship Opening Weekend on Saturday, April 23rd.
Two-Day shows throughout the season will see the LOS RaceSaver Sprints running as a support class for notable touring series including the World of Outlaw Sprint Cars, All-Star Circuit of Champions, POWRi National & West Midgets, ASCS National Series, and POWRi WAR Sprint League among others.
Notable dates on the yearly agenda to includes a competitional visit from neighboring Oil Capital Racing Series in the 2nd Annual Prelude to the Stars on August 2-3 as well as the August 20th Prelude to the Nationals as a POWRi RaceSaver Super Sprint Special. Wrapping up the quest for a point’s title on Championship Night on Saturday, September 10th.
