Belleville, IL. (8/30/2021) Suffering a postponement of the Corn-Cob Nationals at Buffalo River Speedway over the previous weekend, the Lucas Oil POWRi Minn-Kota Lightning Sprints will now shift gears to make the long journey north to Greenbush Race Park of a two-day Labor Day Weekend Special on September 4-5.
Heading into the homestretch of the season for the Lucas Oil POWRi Minn-Kota Lightning Sprints with only a handful of races left in the season, Dexter Dvergsten continues to rack up wins by accumulating twelve feature victories so far in 2021. Father and Son racing team Alan and Alex Truscinski have both checked in to victory lane a pair of times with Bryce Haugeberg also gaining a duo of feature victories on the season.
Chris Crowder and Jason Berg would park their rides in celebratory fashion once on the season with California drivers Grant Sexton and Braden Chiaramonte each gaining a win along with home-series wheelmen Haugeberg and Alex Truscinski during the Inaugural POWRI MKLS Summer Shoot-Out.
