Wheatland, MO (September 23, 2018) - The Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge is going to come down to the wire at Fairbury American Legion Speedway on Saturday, October 6th, with Kyle Cummins fighting for a potential $20,000 payday. The Princeton, Indiana took the opening round of the challenge on August 18th at Lake Ozark Speedway and last night, he scored the Hockett/McMillin Memorial title at Lucas Oil Speedway. A victory in Sprint Mania at Fairbury in two weeks would provide Cummins a clean sweep of the three-race series and send him home with a whopping five-figure check.

Beginning his road in the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge last month, Cummins showed up on night two of a two-day WAR Non-Wing Nationals at Lake Ozark Speedway to enter his name into the hat of potential suiters. Catching the feature inversion just right, Cummins was slotted on the pole position and dominated the main event. Leading all 25 laps around the 3/8th-mile surface, round one of three determined that Cummins was going to be a major force in tracking down the money.

As the second round of the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge firing off this weekend, the Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial at Lucas Oil Speedway offered perhaps the biggest roadblock to Cummins. With a record-setting field of 78 POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League drivers in attendance, Cummins would have to top a stacked field, and he did just that. After earning LRB, Inc. #HighPointMan honors, Cummins won the RAMS Racing Pole Shuffle and then led all 30 laps of the main event at the Wheatland, Missouri facility.

With two of three races in the W column, all that separates Cummins and the big check is the season finale for the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprints League, which is held at Fairbury American Legion Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois on Saturday, October 6th.

Much like Southern Iowa Speedway's Front Row Challenge, it'll be a "One Night Stand for 20 Grand" for Cummins. If he is able to park the Eberhardt/Zirzow Racing No. 3C machine in victory lane at Fairbury, then the Princeton, Indiana native will have successfully completed the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge with a reward of $20,000 in his name.

All eyes will be on the Fairbury American Legion Speedway on Saturday, October 6th as Cummins aims to complete the trifecta and score the biggest payday of his career.
