Thomas Meseraull Second Straight Win with POWRi National and West Midget Leagues at Lake Ozark Speedway

Thomas Meseraull Second Straight Win with POWRi National and West Midget Leagues at Lake Ozark Speedway

Eldon, MO. (7/6/24) Thomas Meseraull would drive with spirited intent to earn his ninth career feature win battling at Lake Ozark Speedway, with the POWRi National and West Midget League, in Night Two of the Independence Celebrations presented by Start2Finish TV after leading nine laps of the rousing twenty lap feature event.

Early on-track excitement in the POWRi National and West Midgets would find Zoe Pearce start the action off with quick-time in hot laps of 14.291-second lap as Thomas Meseraull would notch the heat racing win.

Starting the feature field would find the high-point qualifier Thomas Meseraull and Zach Daum lead the field as the green flag flew with Zach Daum gaining the initial advantage on the opening lap ahead of Meseraull, Corbin Gurley, Zoe Pearce, and Branigan Roark who all raced into the top five.

Battling tooth-and-nail for several laps would witness Thomas Meseraull overtake for the preferred position on lap eleven ahead of Zach Daum with Corbin Gurley following closely behind.

Holding the top spot for the final nine laps would find Thomas Meseraull taking to prize for the second straight night with Gunnar Setser taking the runner-up placement as Shannon McQueen rounded out the podium placements.

“I feel like I earned that one with me and Daum going at it, I shoulda been a cowboy cause this baby was cowboy up tonight” said the winning Thomas Meseraull in the Lake Ozark Speedway winner’s circle. Adding, “How about this EA Stealth underneath the hood this place is awesome and I can’t wait to come out maybe in a wing or even a non-wing sprinter sometime soon.”

Staying in the hunt all event, Branigan Roark would finish fourth with Alex Midkiff rounding out the POWRi National and West Midget Leagues top-five finishers in Night Two of the Independence Celebrations presented by Start2Finish TV at Lake Ozark Speedway.
